Permanent smoking shelters are subject to inspection by the authorities and require approval by a structural engineer as well as a building permit from the city council. This does not apply to our pop up gazebos. Indeed, these can be easily set up and packed away as needed, so they are classed as mobile structures and do not require permits from the authorities nor approval from a structural engineer, regardless of their size and features. With the right fastening, they can also remain outdoors for longer periods. Alternatively, they can be packed quickly and safely during company holidays - simply user-friendly.

Smoker’s tents are mainly used in steady rain and are particularly close to fire. A smoking tent must therefore be 100% waterproof and made from fire retardant material.
